Coach Ree is one of the good motivational speaker. During in our Life Skills Training on Jobstart Program here in Panabo City, Coach Ree handled 33 individuals in a room with different characteristics, attitudes, and perceptions in life. I strongly believe that its quite difficult to adjust especially in a new environment considering the dialect (from tagalog to bisaya) because while we’re in the training we preferred to express and delivered our thought in bisaya which is our Mother Language but what coach ree did was, she tried to understand us and also tried to learn few bisaya words and that is one of the good side of Coach Ree But the most proudest part of her was out of 33 individuals she made all of us become more determined to achieve our dreams and goals in life, become more responsible and accountable in our every actions, and she helped us to boost our self confidence and guide us to set a plan for our goals.
